I was asked by my parents to come back to Thailand and look after family consumer products wholesale and retail business. My stores was the first in Nakorn Pathom province to replace manual check out process with computerize POS system. I was also performing these IT related tasks.

• Planning and purchasing of IT equipments
• Setting up company networks and provide network connectivity from the warehouse to each retail stores.
• Installing and administering Client and Server base Point of Sales system
• Wrote a computer program to check accuracy of the inventories collected from handheld devices with database on the POS server
• Configuring and maintaining various equipments such as access points, ip cameras, network printers, receipt printer and barcode scanner.

• Performs Windows domain and network administration duties
• Provide technical support for the staffs
• Serves as backup in the absence of the IT manager
• Help speed up software and hardwares deployment process using automation and disk imaging software
• Help save department budget by assemble in house Web and File servers from parts

After graduation, I got a chance to work for a Web startup company in Bangkok Thailand. We were making website and portal site for several Thai government agencies. At the time of my employment we had less than 10 employees and by the time I resigned we had more than 70 people working for the company. My responsibilities included building company's network infrastructure, provided technical support for staffs and looking after Web servers at remote hosting facilities.
