Actively interact with other departments to assist in bridging gaps in communication, and assist with the development of new supervisors who are on board with the company to ensure they are set up for success. Manage a team of 18 to 23 employees who receive inbound calls to schedule patients for appointments, transportation, and any other requests. Responsible for interviewing and hiring new employees. Responsible for reviewing calls, providing feedback, and handling patient questions and complaints. Ensure all advocates understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies. Performance management, coaching, and development are necessary to ensure the advocates remain compliant. Provide daily directions and communication to advocates to ensure all callers are answered in a timely manner.
