● Responsible for planning, delegating, and reviewing day to day activities of preload operation.
● Work with hourly staff, management, and support functions to address process, safety, staffing,
training, and disciplinary issues.
● Oversee part-time Preload Supervisors.
● Ensure health and safety compliance.
● Communicates with staff personnel.
● Generate operations performance reports.
● Report and issue discipline to part time staff.
● Plan preload operations.
● Supervise and develop other staff members, to include training of new hires.
● Support and encourage a collaborative work environment between all departments.
