Administrative:

• Preparing and updating all required reports and documents.
• Project material orders.
• Assisting PM's and PE's with RFI's.
• Weekly OAC meetings.
• Driving prompt completion of directions to myself or subcontractors.

Scheduling:

• Coordinating and scheduling construction activities as outlined in the schedule created by the PM.
• Managing and updating schedules as needed.

Subcontractor Relationships:

• Oversee, coordinate and review the work performed by hired subcontractors.
• Ensuring all subcontractors have the resources, personnel, and materials to accomplish their scope safely and on schedule.

Field Management and Safety:

• Ensuring all work in the field is done safely.
• Understanding the contract documents. (Drawings, specifications, addendums, schedules, my company's proposal, and cost summaries).
• Adhering to all company SOPs.
• Coordinating and standing all necessary inspections.
• Complete all punch list items at the end of each project.
• Delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Keeping updated 'red-line' drawings throughout the project to ensure accurate as-built documents.
• Keeping a clean and organized job site.
• Maintain a professional appearance, both in job site cleanliness and organization, and personal attire.

• Basic carpentry skills. (Cutting, reading a tape measure, drilling, driving nails, screws, building forms, false work, layout, etc.)
• Reading and understanding structural plans.
• Keeping a clean and safe work site.
• Maintaining professional and courteous relationships with clients.
• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
• Collaborating with a small team.

• Overseeing all hiring, interviews, candidate selections, promotions, and terminations.
• Developing structure, training, and systems within the company to protect the culture surrounding the Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Mentoring and managing retail team leaders. (Weekly 1-on-1s, quarterly reviews, working toward established goals, etc.)
• Ensuring the cultural health of our retail stores and departments.
• Conflict mediation and assisted communications.
• Creating instructional and topical videos regarding training, systems, communication platforms, cultural initiatives, and company standards.
• Facilitating and delivering company orientations with owner team. Initiating new team members to the company's story, mission, vision, and values.
• Collaborating with managers to assess different departments' needs. (Hiring, structural, training, promotions, processes, expectations, etc.)
