• Managed a team of 8 eLearning developers.
• Facilitated meetings between content requestors and content creators, to set clear timelines and expectations on the final product.
• Created quarterly roadmaps to align team goals and objectives with organizational strategy, aiding business growth.
• Assisted in creating and implementing mandatory training certification programs for sales partners and internal support staff.

• Researched and implemented the use of Articulate Rise to replace the use of Adobe Captivate and Powerpoint for eLearning course creation.

• Created department-wide standards for eLearning course and video creation.
• Reviewed all newly created eLearning Courses and videos for accuracy, grammar, adherence to company branding guidelines, and flow.
• Met individually with each content creator to go over any major errors, or to discuss any suggestions to improve the final product.
• Managed the LMS to add all of the newly completed content to the appropriate audiences.

• Used Camtasia, Powerpoint, and Adobe Captivate to create training videos and courses on various software types, new product offerings, and internal policies and procedures.
• Created extensive training manuals for internal new hires and sales partners.
• Assisted in organizing onsite training events for sales partners at the corporate office, and various locations around the country.

• Maintained accuracy of all merchant information in our internal databases.
• This included updating addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, pricing, and legal business names
• Also handled the closing of accounts, and billing early termination fees when applicable.

• Responsible for interviewing candidates, both over the phone and in-person, for an outside sales position with the company
• Used Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn to find individuals best suited for the position
• Obtained all necessary HR paperwork, including background checks, before the individual was brought on board.

• Assisted new POS merchants with menu layout and retail imports.
• Coordinated technicians to perform the on-site installation of POS systems.
• Generated department statistics for management review each day.
