• Intake of all new patients
• Dental billing using Renaissance and Delta Dental's electronic claims submissions
• Scheduling new patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits
• Present large case treatment plans including ortho and implant cases
• Accounts receivable
• In charge of double hygiene schedule, getting charts and routing slips ready
• And all other front office duties shared with my coworkers

• Manage scheduling for the doctor and 2 hygienists
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
• Manage all accounts receivables, insurance claims, patient statements, aging / collections, end of day and month end reports
• Produce and present financial estimate of treatment plans to patients
• Collect / post patient payments
• Audit charts
• Generate production reports for supervisor
