My sales, UPT and ADS reflect my product knowledge and ability to relate and connect with customers. I have a true passion for Pandora. It's not just jewelry to me. It has allowed me to create a tangible representation of memories and events in my life that are incredibly important to me, and I share that passion with others.
I spend significant time clienteling and going above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for my customers. I follow up, and follow through, and have created an incredibly loyal customer base.
Currently have 3.28 UPT, and $177 ADS for 2024, and consistently contribute to more than 20% of all sales at our store.
As a Sales Lead, I have jumped into the roll with an emphasis on training the associates. I encourage them to increase their sales, ADS and UPT's by adopting some simple behavior changes, while remaining close by as a support and example of how to connect, and team sell. I believe in leading by example.
My teaching experience has given me the opportunity to teach and coach different personality types, and I have learned how to bring out the best in each associate.
