Summary

As a CTO and Solutions Architect with a proven track record of achievements, including two patents and over 10 innovation awards, I am actively seeking project opportunities where I can leverage my innovative and highly effective experience to drive value and contribute to success. With a focus on improving operations, generating new revenue streams, and aligning Information Technology with core business objectives, I am poised to transform and optimize organizations.

Over the course of my 22-year career, I have had the privilege of working on the early phases of five startups, successfully launching numerous solutions and platforms across Colorado, USA, Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Now, I am eagerly seeking a new challenge in a technical lead position or as an investor.

My expertise spans various areas, including Blockchain Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, IoT, Software Engineering & SOA, Strategic Planning, AI, Operations Management, Value-Based Leadership, Big Data, Quality Management, Process Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, Product Evaluation, and IT Governance. With a solid foundation in software development and network engineering, I have consistently led teams as a technical lead or architect on diverse projects.

Collaborating closely with senior management teams, I have successfully aligned product and technology strategies with business objectives. I have worked alongside Product Management and Software Engineering teams to ensure their goals are in harmony with these strategies, while providing valuable guidance for execution. This collaborative approach involves modeling new software products, developing product roadmaps, and establishing effective program management. I also engage with product and application/technology architecture teams to identify requirements, construct conceptual architectures, mitigate technical risks, and oversee the development and deployment of software.

In addition to my technical contributions, I excel in assessing the alignment of technology-related organizational structures and projects with corporate goals. I challenge assumptions, outline plausible business scenarios, and serve as a trusted advisor to corporate and technology leadership teams. By establishing a culture of accomplishment without compromising software engineering discipline, I consistently drive meaningful outcomes.

In summary, I offer a strong technology leadership and architecture background with a history of driving innovation, aligning IT with business objectives, and delivering results. I am ready to bring my expertise and passion for success to a new endeavor where I can make a significant impact.

Work History

CTO & Principal Technology Architect (Co-Founder)

Algo Consulting Group
10.2007 - Current
  • As the co-founder and lead technical role of our company, my responsibilities were twofold: developing innovative solutions tailored to specific government clients and overseeing all aspects of our technical engagements. In addition, I played a crucial role in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.

During my tenure, I successfully patented two solutions, with one of them emerging as the primary revenue generator for our company. This shift away from government Request for Proposals (RFPs) has allowed us to diversify our client base and establish partnerships with prominent organizations such as railroads, education departments, post offices, and banks.

By leveraging our expertise and focusing on these large accounts, we have been able to secure valuable contracts and build long-term partnerships. Our ability to deliver tailored solutions to these clients has been instrumental in our company's growth and success.

Moving forward, I am committed to driving further innovation, expanding our client portfolio, and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in both the private and public sectors.
