  • I would screen Indeed for the most qualified candidates.
  • I would send a link for them to apply directly on our company website.
  • If they passed our Modern Hire I would text them a list of all open positions.
  • After they choose their desired department I would send all of there information to our management team to be reviewed.
  • If my team would like to proceed, I then contact the candidate and scheduled a tour.
  • After the tour has been completed and the manager still would like to proceed with the next step in our hiring process they bring them back to me.
  • I then would conduct a drug test.
  • If they passed, I would create a job offer and background check for them to review and sign.
  • If they passed there background check I would schedule them for an upcoming orientation.
  • Every week I would conduct our first part of orientation. I would put together all the required paperwork in a folder for each individual.
  • I would also conduct our Safety orientation as well when needed.
  • Every month I would conduct our second part of orientation. I would gather everyone that had attended the first 5 orientations. We then drove over to our local store so they could take tour and see the behind the scenes. After the tour, we would head back to our distribution center to go over benefits.
  • I created many different tracking spreadsheets that I would send out to our management team daily. It would have the status of each new hire and all upcoming orientations. They would give me the needed headcount that I would need to fulfill weekly.
  • I was in charge of the Referral Bonas program. The employees would earn an extra bonus for referring a friend or family member. I then would create a slideshow that would be played throughout the warehouse for all to see.
