Currently supervising one of eight areas and have previous experience running all eight areas for my time at UPS as a supervisor. A managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude to help promote a positive work environment and lead the team and help the team achieve their daily work goals. Effectively communicating job roles and responsibilities to meet team goals. Positively training new employees and following up on job functions and work safety. Demonstrating employees how to understand, using steps and questions to train new employees, by understanding and showing them the benefits of being a leader. Teaching the team others by demonstrating work methods with a leader. Teaching new employees by demonstrating work methods and leading and focusing on relationships with employees outside of work to understand different cultures, ethnicities, and building relationships by helping create a team chemistry. Staying agile and competitive with changing conditions that call for new plans and keeping themselves and the team engaged, motivated, and ready for the unexpected.
