Volunteer Experience

Watermelon Mountain Ranch, ABQ, NM, 2009, 2020, Completed over 100 hours of volunteer hours at a no kill facility that rescues cats, dogs, pigs, and rabbits. Management of my time and completing tasks ranging from cleaning and organizing to animal behavior and education for potential adoptions.

Projects

Student Representative at the CES Small Schools Summer Institute 2009, Providence, Rhode Island, Attended conferences concerning the curriculum at small schools and how they are changing to improve and give students more. I prepared a presentation and student lead discussion about Amy Biehl's science program and the independent student projects. Over a year students would design a project, conduct an experiment and analyze results and present them to their community.
