As someone who has filled multiple roles as both a Head and Assistant Coach across multiple sports, I understand the value of different skill sets in different positions. I take pride in building relationships and building a culture, which is evident by the sustained success we've had at Saint George's. We have won 5 team titles in my 3 years as Head Coach - 3 on the girls side and 2 on the boys. This is no doubt made possible by our talented athletes, but I believe my strengths as a communicator, trainer and recruiter have been pivotal to our sustained success.

- Developed practice plans and training programs for Sprinters, Jumpers, Hurdlers and Distance Runners.
- Established a winning culture across multiple seasons.
- Have coached many levels of athletes, from beginners to the best Track & Field athletes in the state of Washington.
- Developed and mentored several athletes that have gone on to compete at all collegiate levels.
