I consistently execute high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. This requires effective skills in communication, teamwork, time management, and the ability to maintain a clear head and goal in high-stress situations.

I broke down and portioned all of the proteins for the two restaurants that operate within the walls of the club. I did our daily produce and protein orders, and organized the walk-in cooler and freezer. I would make stocks, broths, and soups, help create specials, train new hires, and still work the grill station at one of the restaurants in the club.

I prepared all of our pasta dishes and had creative input while mentoring our less-experienced employees. Services were very busy, with most of the entrées we sold coming from my station.

I worked several stations at both restaurants while maintaining a consistent and high level of quality in all projects.
