Dedicated second-semester nursing student at Santa Fe College, pursuing an Associate of Science in Nursing and projected to graduate in May 2026. Hold an Associate of Arts in Health Sciences with a strong academic foundation in medical sciences. Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and eager to apply clinical knowledge in real-world healthcare settings. Seeking an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a medical environment to support patient wellness, contribute to interdisciplinary care teams, and grow professionally as a future registered nurse. I had the opportunity to shadow therapists across diverse units such as PACU, oncology, and orthopedics, where I gained firsthand insight into patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration. During this experience, I actively assisted with patient mobility by setting up chairs and walking aids, helped apply orthopedic braces under supervision, and supported therapists by retrieving necessary supplies. These hands-on interactions strengthened my understanding of compassionate, team-based care and further fueled my passion for pursuing a career in nursing within a dynamic healthcare environment.
