I am a dedicated and driven student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Psychology at Albany State University, with an expected graduation date of December 2026. I have completed 63 credit hours and recently earned a 3.2 GPA in the Fall 2024 semester, showcasing my commitment to academic excellence. I am also on track to receive an Associate of Science in Health Sciences in Spring 2025. I graduated from Westover Comprehensive High School in Albany, GA, in 2009.
Throughout my academic journey, I have achieved several accomplishments that I am proud of. I was selected for DevCon 2024, a prestigious program fully funded by the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) in Atlanta, GA. Out of over 10,000 applicants nationwide, only 400 students were chosen, and I was the only male selected from Albany State University. Additionally, I have been awarded two competitive scholarships: the Thurgood Marshall College Fund Lockheed Martin Scholarship and the Harold and Sara Wetherbee Scholarship.
Beyond academics, I have earned certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, IBM Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and IBM Data Fundamentals. My technical skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and scientific inquiry.
Professionally, I have over 21 years of experience in customer service, currently working as a Customer Success Manager in the automotive industry. I also have a strong passion for giving back to my community, having volunteered over 250 hours with Albany Public Works and the Albany Area YMCA. I have led initiatives such as health education outreach in underserved communities and organizing a 50+ volunteer public cleanup project.
As a former President of the Kappa League of Albany, GA, I have led multiple community service efforts, mentoring young people in leadership development and civic engagement. My dedication to service has earned me recognition from Albany State University, Albany Public Works, and the Albany Area YMCA.
With a passion for health sciences, cybersecurity, and making a difference, I continue to seek opportunities to expand my knowledge, skills, and impact in both my professional and community efforts.
