Approves, edits, and do everything dealing with employees' time and timecards

Handles various things within the office such as write-ups, grievances, issues with clients, etc.

Evaluated offender progress and recommends intensity of supervision based on observations from time of conviction through the period adjustment after release from an institution or facility

Counseled and refers offenders to specialized treatment services

Recorded offender restitution payments, supervision fees, court costs as well as any other related payments

Represented the Mississippi Department of Corrections in all probation revocation hearings for inmates assigned to a caseload

Maintained an awareness of offenders' daily activities and evaluates desirability to remain free

FTA (Field Training Agent)- trained new agents

Performed related work as required

I taught Life Skills to C-custody inmates

I created weekly lesson plans

I submitted monthly reports and progress reports for inmates
