Creation and delivery of application X501 compliance monthly Scorecard. DR Plan compliance was at 62% and through networking, follow-up, and process improvement, increased application scores to 98-100%. Working on disaster recovery solutions for all applications based on critical, non-critical, or tier level and establishing dependencies. Engaging teams for tabletop (Disaster Recovery) simulations according to established requirements. Writing requirements for automation of processes to move from manual management to an automated demand management tool using Microsoft SharePoint. Conducting project definition meetings and requirements/design reviews, management of full life cycle of projects. Management of technical team and analysts to support projects.
