In addition, I have worked with State and County officials and their DOTs to negotiate the curb-cut locations. So, I'm very familiar with working with government officials, attorneys, and all other allied professionals, including lending institutions, through the approval and construction stages. I am familiar with the AIA draw request submittals and bid process and have been involved in the status reporting and approval process. I know the importance of site selection and how vital a Market Cannibalization Analysis can be to determining the site's viability. Therefore, given the parameters, I can prepare one. Also, I can calculate the economic differences in a Purchase versus Lease scenario. I am experienced with Site Selection in working with QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), Gas Stations, Restaurants, Gyms, and many Build to Suit scenarios. I have also handled Property Management from the analysis stage through Lease Administration, Contract Administration, and Divestitures.
