Collect past due invoices for a portfolio of accounts utilizing customer web portals, automated phone systems, and email.
Work to ensure monthly targets are met, based on individual and team accountabilities.
Establish final resolution dates for aged invoices.
Respond to and complete vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
Elevate issues resulting in non-payment or payment delay to the client, credit officer, and A/E in order to resolve problem accounts.
Process team reports and other requests as needed.
Maintain accurate records and files in concise form to ensure efficient follow-up and availability of information.
Assist Legal Collections with assigning claims and work closely with collection agencies to ensure effectiveness for recovery of accounts placed for collections, and track monthly agency performance.
Upload incoming and outgoing documentation in regard to PFC accounts.
Provide administrative support to collection agencies by processing incoming emails and mail, and handling individual requests for court use.
Verify agency invoices and process for approval through PeopleSoft.
