• Experience in installing relay systems, conducting tests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of relay systems, ensuring efficient operation and safety. Adept in working with various types of relays, including electromechanical, solid-state, and programmable relays. Experience collaborating with technicians from other departments to complete projects more efficiently.
• Upgraded relays and meters at Gibson Power Plant in 2014. Ensured smooth implementation of new equipment through rigorous testing and commissioning processes.
• Converted all electromechanical relays to microprocessors at Frankfort 230kv Substation in 2015. Ensured smooth implementation of new equipment through rigorous testing and commissioning processes.
• From 2016 to 2018, I worked alongside telecommunication technicians to upgrade communication equipment in all NERC 69kv substations in Indiana.
