Skilled in building relationships and ensuring clear communication, I’ve thrived in roles at Soccer Shots, as an official with the Peninsula Soccer Officials Association, and as a Behavioral Support Paraeducator. I connect with individuals to understand their needs and create safe, supportive environments—whether developing young athletes’ skills and sportsmanship, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, or using de-escalation techniques and teaching social-emotional skills in the classroom. My strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities help me develop and implement personalized plans, collect and use behavioral data, and adapt instructional strategies to address unique challenges. I collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, therapists, families, and colleagues to ensure consistency across settings, maintain accurate records, report incidents, and advocate for clients’ needs.
