I Terrence Peppers have been working with Ryder goin on 4 years, I started off as a forklift operator back in March-2020, I was promoted as a team lead in 2020. I’ve been promoted again to supervisor Augusta 2022. I supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations. Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications. I’m still currently operating a forklift when needed to help assist my team with loading & unloading material, as a Team leader, I oversee employees, resolve issues, Help come up with ideas for the company, hold meetings, I pay close attention to details, with critical and logical thinking. I’m very open to learning and experiencing new opportunities, working as a team and putting in hard work and a lot of effort.
