Responsibilities:

• Training new member(s) of the SDR team
• Answer questions from the SDRs
• Monitor SDR performance
• Coaching of Stateside & Offshore Sales Development Representatives
• Live Call monitoring/Call recording reviews
• Assist with payroll processing when Manager is out of office
• Assist with SMS chat and email cases
• Ongoing training sessions (Intermittent topical group sessions)
• Identifying gaps in processes and proposing solutions
• Recap coaching sessions in writing for SDR Manager
• Data hygiene - identifying system mistakes made by SDR/SS reps and correcting them (i.e. disposition, etc
• Meet with SDR weekly with status reports on SDR progress/opportunities for areas of improvement
• Setting appointments to help achieve daily goals during any downtime

Responsible for communicating with Roadmaster leads and inquiries in order to enroll interested prospective students into Roadmaster’s Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. Involved daily with helping individuals improve their lives and income through career training. Submitting file to credit and obtaining co-signers when needed.

Processing payroll for over 900 investor broker's payroll. Heavy excel. 1099 year end processing.
