• My job as a Technician was to make sure my team followed proper operating procedures to assure timely and adequate completion of the job at hand. This job required great communication, the ability to multitask, and work prolonged hours without affecting work during the production side of the oil production.

• My responsibilities as a Horizontal Construction Engineer were to use several different 'Earth Moving' equipment to complete construction projects in a timely and effective manner, while also utilizing teamwork and communication at the highest possible level. This was done in tangent with being able to adapt to any given situation and overcome.

• My responsibilities as a department manager included stocking, organizing, hiring/training new Employees to adequately perform their job duties. All while, providing leadership, good communication skills, and team work. I also made sure inventory was correct everyday to ensure proper ordering and prevent waste.

• My responsibilities as a correctional officer was to enforce rules and keep order within the prison. I would supervise activities of inmates, and inspect facilities to ensure that they meet security and safety standards. This was done effectively by utilizing good communication and teamwork.

• My responsibilities at Buffalo Wild Wings included the following. Cooking and preparing food, serving both food and drinks while providing excellent customer service, and routinely maintaining the projectors so customer could have a pleasant experience while enjoying their food and drinks. This job was accomplished by being able to multitask, undergo pressure while utilizing teamwork and effective communication.

• As an assistant manager, I would handle customer complaints and concerns. I would handle end of day batch out and ensuring the money in the cash drawer was correct. Through good communication and teamwork I would help lead and direct my crew so everything was taken care of in an orderly manner by following standard operating procedures.
