Terry Freeman

My work consists of me being security at bars around the charlotte area. I have learned a lot of patience working as a bouncer and my communication skills have grown from doing so. I love human interactions but know when to be assertive but also respectful when it comes to everyone's safety.

I started working at this restaurant when I was 15 and was operating the register and preparing customers bowls (of food). I cleaned the kitchen and took food inventory. Slowly not only perfecting the craft but also how to communicate and please customers. I'm a very good people person who keeps the target audience satisfied. I started managing it after 2 years of work and learned how to be a leader for my employees and learned how to satisfy more and more customers slowly.

I was a Technical Analyst working under Atrium's IT Department. My work consisted of dealing with new and outdated soft/hardware. We did electronic moves from old work sites to new ones. I helped any technical issues that the nurses had when they put in a work request. Anything technology related me and my team completed the task. I also learned a good amount of coding when I was 16. I learned Java and Python and also got my certification in Microsoft Excel. While under Atriums IT department I took on a lot of leadership roles and was team lead for a few projects. I am a quick learner and a wizard when it comes to technology and problem solving.
