Career Advisor (remote) connects with military spouses by exploring their career interests, finding education assistance opportunities, developing career plans, and connecting them to employment opportunities through SECO Coaching Services, the MYSECO web presence, and the MSEP, Military Spouse Employment Program. Advisors provide support to spouses via Military One Source.

Veteran’s Certifying Official- responsible for understanding and
implementing complex federal regulations, and responding in a timely, knowledgeable manner
to assure institutional compliance. Verify student eligibility for VA education benefits. Evaluation of classes to determine degree applicability prior to reporting enrollment to VA. Utilize financial records for calculations of the net cost to ensure accurate payment
is made to the VA. Serve as the primary conduit of information and support between the student
and the VA. Counsel students on the use of State and Federal tuition assistance, and their responsibilities and requirements. Assist co-workers with their advising duties that involve military students.

Responsible for a $10 million personal and real estate
loan portfolio and three branch employees. Responsible for over 100+ credit decisions per month, profit and loss reports, and financial goals of the branch.
Responsible for delinquency control and passing audit compliance review with satisfaction or above. Other responsibilities include team building, staff
training, monthly branch audits, creating and implementing action plans for production and compliance, and a positive and productive atmosphere, holding meetings to discuss branch performance, motivating, mentoring, and supervising employees, and assisting employees with their initial hiring packets,
setting up benefits and filing insurance claims.
