Generator interconnect system for Table Mountain Casino, which allowed any two of the three Generators (one 1.5 Meg and Two 2 Meg) Generators to power the section of the casino, that would normally be supplied by any one of the three that had failed.

Co founded Soltek Systems with the two owners of Westech Systems in 2009

• Was Vise President of operations, with all duties inherent with that title inclusive but certainly not limited to quality control.
• A impassible dispute as to the enforcement of quality control standards led to my resigning and selling my stock in Soltek as wel as resigning my position with Westech Systems in 2010.

Helped find and renovate the engineering and manufacturing facility in Orlando, FL

Designed, constructed and installed on site control systems for theme park attractions for:

Started my career after learning from my Father as a child and getting out of the Navy.

• Started as a residential apprentice, wiring track and custom homes as I had done with my father as a child.
• Also as an apprentice wired multifamily units and small commercial projects.
• My first battery systems project was at a Exide battery research facility near Langehorn, PA
• Later did only commercial and Industrial projects.
• Primarily energy management projects for Supermarkets
• Studying Digital and analog controls
• Waste water treatment plants
• Another battery system project at a DOD plant at Port Hueneme CA. in 1986
• Received my contractors License in 1989, as Terry Shelton Construction aka The Solar Company. I have kept that license every since. incorporating as Advanced Energy and comfort Solutions in 2011 then changing the name to SolarPlus Systems in 2016. I have always enjoyed running large projects so that business was mainly part time.
