Significant Accomplishments:
2019- Awarded cash award for identifying and correcting an environmental hazard within an engineering workspace that had been present and unnoticed for 3 decades, stopping a significant release of toxins into the city wastewater resulting in unknown cost savings and liability release.
2019-Administered a training program for Hazardous communication. Bringing organization into compliance with compliance for OSHA mandated safety training.
2020-Received a perfect score with zero discrepancies during 2020 Environmental Compliance Inspection/audit. Received cash award for extraordinary efforts.
2021-2022 Was a critical member of the team that conducted the first ever Coast Guard investigation into PFAS/PFOA release into ground soil at the Air station in Traverse City, MI. Was the CG representative onsite and worked directly with contracted persons while conducting the ground soil and water investigation. I am considered a subject matter expert in PFAS remediation. My actions during the investigation directed and streamlined the investigative process and saved countless hours of labor creating an estimated $200k cost savings to the Coast Guard.
2022-Participated in 02 Aviation LCI inspections. I was identified as MVP by inspection team for having the finest Hazmat, corrosion control and respirator program they had reviewed to date. Noting an astonishing zero discrepancies.

Machinery Technician Chief Petty Officer

Awarded a Commendation award for unscheduled Diesel Engine overhaul that normally would take place over three weeks but was completed in less than 04 days in year 2000.
