Supervision and Management of satellite loading at the Florida FAL, convoy to Kennedy Space Center, aircraft loading/unloading, satellite health maintenance, convoy to launch facility and final unload and return of empty satellite containers and ground equipment post launch to Florida FAL. Management and team trainer of OneWeb’s USDOT Special Permits.

  • Responsible for import/customs budget of $5.5M.
  • Customs/Logistics duties include implementation of ACE portal for AES/EEI filings, HTS classification of all satellite parts and accessories, import and FTZ bond acquisition, freight forwarder/broker onboarding, clearance and problem resolution of imports/exports, denied party screening, liaise with local CBP agents for customs related inquiries and audits.
  • Created global supply chain lanes between EU, RU, ZA, GB, and CA to Florida site location.
  • SAP GoLive Team to implement MRP SAP system for new location. Provided Material Master data for foreign trade fields (HTS classifications, COO, ECCN) and testing of receiving and material movement functions.
  • Partnered with Lean Engineering Manager to create design layout and material flow of receiving, inspection, and stockroom areas of new site location.
