I took a food and culture class during a 5-week study abroad experience in the spring of 2023. The class was in English, but as I have taken 5 semesters of Italian, I was able to communicate and connect with those in the town. I learned valuable lessons about myself and Italian culture while exploring other cities in Italy with my newly made-friends.
