Hello, Myname is Terri, and I am seeking Full Time Employment with Benefits Suitable for my Needs.

I have been in this field for about 9 years. I really like working with Individuals, seeing them Achieve things they didn't think they could.

In My Current Position, the Manager before me was not a good fit, and let a lot of things go.

Some weren't seen for basic Care for over 2 years, and their Mass ID's had all Expired.

I made them all new Appointments , transported them to and from, and Supported them through this Process Of getting their Identification Cards.

Since I have no Assistant, I do all of the Appointments, Menus, House Meetings, as well as my own Job Duties.

I have also Obtained Handicap Placards for the Individuals of the Home, so they do not have to walk so far for Medical Appointments, etc.

I also Sought out an Activity Group for one of the Individuals, who is still Active and trying to seek out fun in the Community. I signed her up for RaRa,( of Greater Lowell), and I Transport her to and from for Activities( on Weekends Mostly.)
