After 12 years of Home Schooling our son, Chick-fil-A was my return to employment. I started as a Cashier and then I was given the opportunity to work in Food Preparation and Supply Ordering. I assisted the leadership team with training our team, as well as coordinating with our team members to recognize business and guest needs. I resigned in July of 2022 to start my studies to become a Medical Billing Specialist.

• Trained staff on operating procedures and company services.

Creating and developing lesson plans to meet student academic needs for kindergarten through twelfth grade including curriculum assignments, activities, proctoring tests, and evaluating grades for our child.

• Shifted between formal and informal methods of teaching to keep our child engaged.

Maintained accurate records of customer transactions in line with Credit Union procedures. My responsibilities included customer service, cash handling, check processing verification and ordering supplies.

In 2001 I was promoted to the Imaging Department as a Data Processor. Double checking accuracy of hard copy paperwork and rectified any issues updating older files to the new operating system.

I resigned to raise and home school our child.
