Oversaw all programs within the Homeless Services Division throughout communities in Massachusetts.
Program oversight includes: 158 year round shelter beds across three low threshold shelters, 65 seasonal extremely low threshold beds at winter warming centers, 150 units of site-based and scattered site permanent supportive housing, 32 beds of transitional housing, a day drop in center, an outreach team, a housing team and 6 senior congregate housing programs.

Oversaw CASPAR programs, a subdivision of Bay Cove's Housing and Homeless services which includes: two year round shelters with 108 beds, an extremely low threshold winter warming center, an outreach team, a housing navigation team, CSP-HI program, and 24 units of site based and scattered site permanent supportive housing
Stood up a 58 bed shelter to de-congregate our Albany St shelter during COVID. Eventually moved that shelter to a more permanent location on the Spaulding Campus in Cambridge
