Senior Director, Housing and Homeless Services

  • Oversaw all programs within the Homeless Services Division throughout communities in Massachusetts.
  • Program oversight includes: 158 year round shelter beds across three low threshold shelters, 65 seasonal extremely low threshold beds at winter warming centers, 150 units of site-based and scattered site permanent supportive housing, 32 beds of transitional housing, a day drop in center, an outreach team, a housing team and 6 senior congregate housing programs.
  • Set strategic plans to strengthen operations and drive growth
  • Implemented harm reduction programming across sites including enrolling in the CNPP program, partnering with OEND programs, and employing harm reduction staff at some of our supportive housing sites
  • Provided guidance and technical assistance to stakeholders from Boston, Cambridge, and Chelsea city government around the creation and provision of low threshold housing and shelter services.
