- Daily protein preparation of all of our proteins current on menu including all necessary marinating, trimming, and portioning needed for the day of service
- Check entire walkin cooler daily, checking on quality and quantity of every ingredient
- Provide a list of what we need to order
- Ensuring that the kitchen is fully prepared for a high quality and smooth day with no avoidable surprises
- Consistent with a high standard for quality ensuring only the best ingredients are used making everything in house across entire menu
- Hand made items made in house daily from our pastas, to all our soups and sauces that are as fresh as fresh gets
