Set up and break down studios for high profile clients in a timely manner, which requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Completing Administrative tasks and helping tech department with repairs. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization. Providing professional and discreet service to clients.

Front Desk Receptionist/Shift Lead:

Control access to the building by maintaining strict security measures. Welcome and check in guests. Delegate tasks to runners and coordinate between studios. Uploading data including receipts, inventories and parking lists for each day. Rent and reserve equipment for sessions. Ensure that all studio setups are completed correctly and perform closing duties.

Assistant Engineer:

Make certain that each studio is fully functional and set up according to client's specifications. Resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and signal flow, minimizing downtime during sessions. Maintain a wide range of professional audio equipment including consoles, amplifiers, and digital audio workstations, to provide high-quality sound recording.

Accounting services including bookkeeping, data uploading, payroll, expense reporting, and financial oversight. Experienced in working with insurance representatives on behalf of clients. Handled administration of pension plans such as profit sharing, 401(k), cash balances, and defined benefit plans. Assists the Vice President in all aspects of his duties.

DJ several bars and clubs in CT and NY. Setting up and breaking down PA systems, speakers, etc.
