• Assisted with the scheduling of anywhere between 3-7 crews daily, of which approximately 30% were various sub-contractors.
• Oversaw daily production to ensure maximum efficiency of staff in keeping with or exceeding desired completion date.
• Oversaw daily quality control of paver installations. This included correct paver type/color/pattern being used as well as any damaged/chipped product, staining, efflorescence, etc, that fell short of what was below a very high company and industry standard.
• In between projects I served as our material driver (base, sand, pallets etc.)during which time I was able to successfully operate a 16', 2-axel dump trailer.
• Handle and addressed the greater part of our customer complaints, albeit from homeowner, project owner or general contractor (G.C.)
• Acted in full capacity as our company translator, which helped immensely with an ever growing Spanish speaking staff.

• Met with existing customers and prospects to discuss business needs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Assigned/handled 3 of our top 10 accounts.
• Was manager of company sample department which encompassed ALL of our accounts, architects and municipalities.
• Utilized CRM software to manage customer accounts and track performance results.
• Assisted with and approved any major quotes as needed by appropriate salesperson.

• Was in charge of any and all of day to day office operations as well as scheduling production for stock and special order pavers.
• Created work schedules for all office and yard staff.
• Addressed any and all customer complaints whether it was service or quality related.
• Inputted payroll for office, yard and plant.
• Performed some sales duties including but not limited to submitting quotes, project submittal packages, product literature, P.K. meet and greets, business lunches.
• Performed H.R. duties IE new hires, interviews, collected new staff required paperwork,
• Was responsible for maintaining and producing necessary and appropriate stock levels relative to daily sales while not running out of high volume sales items.
• Ensured the highest level of customer service as an industry standard.
• Assisted customers in job calculating in terms of pavers based on type and pattern etc.
• Was purchaser of all of any and all re-sale items such as jlint sand, sealers etc.
• Approved and assisted in our A.P. department.
• Gave Final approval on every and all outgoing customer invoices.
