  • Took on the roles and responsibilities of Department Supervisor. Oversaw inventory levels and utilization of inventory management applications to ensure inventory levels met the store and customer needs. Utilization of applications to execute disciplinary and recognition. Ensured store standards are met and execution on merchandise placement in accordance of company standards. Instill leadership qualities set by the company, Inspire, Respect, Develop, and Celebrate in everyday work.
  • Once selected in 2005, I became supervisor of the Lumber Department, then Lumber and Building Materials Departments. After about two years, took on the role of supervisor for the Paint Department, after the paint department, I became supervisor of the Millworks Department (Doors and Windows). From the Millworks Department I took on the role of Freight Team Supervisor where I lead an overnight team of associates on the unloading, organizing and stocking of our products on the shelf. I then took the role of Inventory Management Supervisor where I lead a team of 4 associates in the scanning, review and correcting our inventory levels the store. From the Inventory Management Supervisor, I came back to days to become the Hardware Department Supervisor. It is in 2012 that I transferred to the Redlands, CA Home Depot. Once there I have become the Department Supervisor of the Kitchen and Bath Department, the Flooring Department, the Garden Department, the Lumber Department, the Electrical and Plumbing Departments and back again the Lumber/Building Materials Department.
  • Every year as Department Supervisor I have helped the store become prepared for inventory, as I would go overnights along with other supervisors to help get the store ready.
