I have worked in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years. We live in an amazing world full of people and I love creating an amazing experience and taking care of guests. Making a memory that they can take with them forever. There are many moving parts going simultaneously in the service industry and I love solving problems and coming up with different solutions based on the always changing environment. Being ready to pivot but also know what the foundations are that must be constant. I have worked for a family owned company and when I joined we had only 1 restaurant and 12 employees. We maintained a 5 star rating and exemplary performance and it open the doors for new contracts and opportunities and we now have 3 restaurants and 2 popcorn kiosks. I oversaw every step of the process from onboarding new employees, designing layouts that maximize efficiency, analyzing sales trends to cultivate the best menus possible, sourced products from vendors, troubleshooted technical problems, contacted and organized technicians. I excell in leadership but my passion is making people happy through genuine above and beyond service. Everyone has problems in their lives and if they can smile and feel that love went into preparing their meal or experience it can change their whole day. Maybe even entire life. A company is only as good as the people who represent it. Positivity, discipline, and consistency lead to greatness.
