• Troubleshooting underground and overhead circuitry
• Switching of both distribution and transmission circuitry
• Obtaining line clearances
• Prioritizing outages and the dispatch of crews were needed
• Leading of crews on out-of-town storm restoration
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DFM and Click
