  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues on a large variety of malfunctioning, damaged or otherwise improperly operating equipment.
  • A large part of my role has been maintaining, updating and improving the electrical system within the Test Center for both test's and test equipment, and for the Test Center itself, making sure that everything is safe and working as it should.
  • I regularly assist in monitoring quality, maintaining equipment, and improving production processes to achieve better results and increase efficiency in order to produce the necessary results for the customer.
  • I spend a great deal of time working with Engineers designing tests, giving suggestions and input on how to achieve our goal in the most efficient and effective way possible.
  • Testing systems, noting issues, making needed adjustments or repairs during testing and completing preventive maintenance to try and prevent any issues that may arise.
  • Overseeing and setting up tests in both Granulation and Extrusion processes, in which a wide variety of equipment and machinery are used, learning new ways to anticipate possible failure points and making sure they are prevented as much as possible.
