  • Review the contractors construction logistics approach, plans and coordination with responsible stakeholders and when required, perform railway operations risk management with other members of the project team.
    Ensure that project in terms of rail operations complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety during the project lifespan.
    Review training plans and programmes for operators and maintainers proposed by the contractor in cooperation with the concerned technical experts of the project team.
    Meet regularly with the project team to provide project updates/progress and share/follow up on relevant information with external parties as well as the client.
