Leading, monitoring and supervising team members to achieve organizational goals
Direct team members and orthodontist's during daily patient examinations
Provide patient education and post-operative instructions
Help with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays and preparing materials for each procedure
Assist the orthodontist during all procedures, including but not limited to tightening braces, changing and removing brackets/wires, cleanings and conducting preliminary examinations.
Took x-rays, photographs, and impressions of patients' teeth and mouth area
Perform lab and administrative task
Take and record medical and dental history, vital signs and other information
Provide great patient care by monitoring patient comfort and safety during dental examinations
Maintain Patient Confidentiality
Coordinate the purchase, stocking and inventory of supplies and equipment in line with practice and patient needs
Keep thorough records of purchases, receipts, and payments, while providing reports on inventory activity and variances to all five practice offices
Record and report discrepancies to senior management
Organize meetings with Vendor Representative's to discuss new products, order history and practice needs
Use Platforms such as Coupa, benco and Patterson for placing inventory orders
