I have done my best while skipping a few postilions to uphold the integrity the company wants to adhere to; I have tried to voice my needs to vendors with spots missing- some are due to nature doing its course, I have shown i am capable of working long- excessive hours; While, also voicing to my DM the importance i hold of having time for my physical/mental health and my priority of time with my children.

I Left Burlington on great standing with the ideal that i would be coming back to a Promotion to assistant manager. I had a rather traumatic birthing experience, So, When i came in for my less then 8 week maternity leave, i learned that my potential position was given to a different lead, and i would be left in my previous title. i made the choice since it was efficient to stay home with my son, since the pay vs. the drive and cost of day care would have been my whole paycheck. Then i had my daughter, so while the company called to ask for me back, i chose not to, since my daughter needed to have reconstructive heart surgery at 9 months old, and my focus was solely on making sure, she was taken care of. She had to be revived, so i chose my priority. I still get multiple calls asking if i wish to return for the company after my resignation.
