At American and Efird I place orders for customers via phone, and email. I am tasked with making sure the order makes it to the customer without any flaws. This can include speaking with freight companies, running credit cards, and also speaking with our production team to make sure we are running on time.

When I was employed at Walmart I started in the bakery filling the stock on the sales floor. I then moved to cooking and cleaning for the Deli department. After 2 years in the fresh department I moved to the E commerce shopping department. I would shop for customers to ensure they received quality products at a timely manner.

At McDonald's I was tasked with making sure the customers received the correct order with no issues. I was also tasked with maintaining an clean and smooth running service to ensure the happiness of the customer.
