- Clinical Monitoring: Measured and documented vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and reported changes to RNs/LPNs.
- Mobility Assistance: Safely transferred, lifted, and repositioned bedridden patients to prevent pressure ulcers.
- Documentation: Maintained accurate patient records, including intake/output, daily logs, and care plan updates using EHR systems.
- Safety & Infection Control:Adhered to safety protocols, including sanitation of equipment and infection control measures.
- Support: Provided emotional support and companionship to patients, assisting with communication between patients and medical staff.
