As a CSR I was allowed to do some of the work of a Shift Manager.
* I counted all store cash and performed shift changes. I carried the driver's "banks" in my pockets, which made store cash shortages non-existent. (Nobody went in the drawer except me and the daytime manager)
* I helped with inventory, put up the truck, and handled customer issues.
*I handled the oven, the makeline, and various other things.
*I maintained composure under stress and did very well in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
*I helped to make sure our drivers had everything they needed to take with them, and did not forget anything.
*There were plenty of times during dinner rushes that I held 2-3 phones
*I helped other stores with product.
*maintained store cleanliness and prepared things for the next shift.
*Aided in the care of a stroke patient. Trained by Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center nurses.
*Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
*maintained nice relationships with the CNAs and VNAs, and PT
*Effectively and correctly administered Heparin injections in the abdomen
*Successfully handled an IV machine as well as a G-tube
*Successfully operated a lift device
*successfully administered medications/watched time to make sure she got it on time..
*bathed
*helped turn every 2 hours
*I can still do these things if needed
The CNA was there if I needed help while Mom was at work, but a family member had to do it.
