Maintains all student attendance and membership records and performs clerical duties for the Assistant Principal.
Records student absences and maintains student attendance records. Answers inquiries from parents, students, teachers, regarding a particular student’s attendance record. Assist with locker assignments. Prepared periodic reports such as membership, average attendance, etc.
Knowledge of standard office procedures, ability to learn SBCSC policies and procedures related to absenteeism, attendance, tardiness.
Type accurately; ability to spell correctly and use proper grammar
Maintain accurate orderly records.
Computer knowledgeable.
Submit data to the Indiana Department of Education and sometimes to Indiana State Police.
ServSafe Food Handler’s certification required within the first three months of employment.
