  • As a payment processor with my current employer, I operate as a liaison between Paymerang and our client's vendors.
  • My main responsibilities are making outbound calls to at least 45-50 vendors a day to distribute sensitive payment and remittance information daily to complete payments on behalf of hotel clients.
  • Among the responsibility of managing high volume outgoing calls, I would also manage numerous inbound calls to complete payments or assist with vendors from different departments of business.
  • Follow up on inaccurate uploaded remittances and overdue invoices.
  • Provide first call resolution whenever possible.
  • Submit payments by credit card, checks over the phone. I would also submit payments by emailed payment links and fax.
  • Communicate with team and clients by inputting time sensitive and payment issues within out company applications.
  • Build strong and sustainable relationships with the vendors by going going the extra mile.
  • My personal project was ensuring high dollar payment were completed once they were added to our payment board , even if they were ahead of our service level agreement date.
