Work History

Started company with partner where he ran Production for Trim Carpentry and I did everything else; ie Managing the Sales and Accounting departments, the Cabinet Shop division.
I also managed our multi-tenant commercial building and rental house.
We employed on average about 20 employees
Through careful cash management, we were able to expand using only profits reinvested.
I also built and expanded our website to include over 200 web pages and over 4,000 photos.
Using this website as the catalyst, I was able to create a new division in our company which pulled us out of the severe economic downturn from the 2008 crash in the construction industry. This new division was promoted through both the website, triggers to attract Google's algorithms, and magazine advertising.
We worked for many of KC's premier builders and General Contractors
Specifically, I was in charge of getting sales for our Trim Crews (one of the largest in KC), I managed the kitchen designers, production and sales in our cabinet shop. (A more detailed history is available on request)
Also, our employee turnover was much lower than industry standard
