Not your average CFO. With experience spanning high-growth venture/PE backed businesses, ESOP, large public and large family, in the United States and overseas, there's not much I haven't seen in my career. I like to work with companies that have a great product, team or idea, and build it into a highly valuable business. I have led two $1bn+ exits in the last 6-years. Financing and fund raising, building out the finance function, helping to professionalize an organization, M&A, and adding just the right amount of process along the way is my specialty. In addition to business building, I have also spent time executing business transformation. From synergy identification and execution, target operating model, all the way to naming and branding. While I believe I can adapt to any industry, except possibly the dark art of banking, I have specific experience in human and animal healthcare, FMCG, oil and gas, supply chain management, food and beverage, tech-enabled services and precision engineering. Finally, happy to add that I'm now on the 'other side' as an investor in the UK wine industry. No, not the grapes....just the rest of it
